The health and social care brokerages are responsible for recruiting a range of staff across local NHS trusts – everything from domestics and clerical and administrative workers to phlebotomists and senior nursing staff. The majority of the jobs recruited into have tended to be those requiring minimum qualifications, often referred to as 'entry level' roles
Within the Oldchurch construction brokerage, jobs have included bricklayers, carpenters, cleaners, drivers, electricians, glaziers, labourers, painters, plasterers, plumbers and scaffolders.
The following tables give a breakdown of the many roles recruited into by the health and social care brokerages for 2004-2005.
